Margaret's First Two Days

Margaret's first two days have mainly consisted of being held, eating, sleeping, crying, and of course learning about the Notre Dame Fightin' Irish.

Here is a very happy and yet very tired Grandpa and Grammy Grunow holding Margaret Saturday morning a few hours after her birth. Margaret was very thrilled to meet her grandparents. As always, click on the pictures to bring them up by themselves in a larger format.

Here is a nice close up of Margaret as Aunt Sarah holds her and yes she does already have more hair than her daddy. She came out with a ton of thick brown hair just like her mom.

Here is another nice closeup of Margaret as a very proud Grandpa Gahagen had her in his death grip. What you can't see here is her already having Grandpa wrapped around her little finger.

And last but not least here is a very proud father teaching Margaret about all things Notre Dame. She is already learning about the Four Horsemen, Knute Rockne, the Golden Dome, and of course the Victory March. Her first words may very well be "Go Irish!"
