Thursday at the Track
Continuing the tradition, we spent the Thursday before the derby at Churchill Downs. Margaret had her own Derby hat, and we all had a great time.

Mini-Marathon
Chris, our brother-in-law Brian, and Uncle Rick all ran in the mini-marathon a week before the derby. The rest of us tailgated curbside and cheered them on. Brian (the speed demon) finished 104 out of almost 10,000 runners. WAY TO GO! Chris, on the other hand, was thrilled to beat the group of Elvis impersonators (who actually put a stereo in a jogging stroller and played classic songs by the king for the race).
